Javier was extremely courteous and went the extra mile...literally up and down our loooong flight of stairs and wouldn’t leave until he found the source of our buzzing sound coming from a vent. Turned out to be the ductwork coming loose from the trunk of the furnace. He crawled up into a tight and awkward space until he successfully rejoined the ductwork! Xavier was here today to perform our semi-annual HVAC service. He was very professional and explained to me some things to watch for and fixes we may need in the future to maintain our system.

Noticed water coming out of newly installed furnace on Sunday night. Called Monday morning and and service arrived before 10. Discovered problem and service complete within 2hours. Another efficient and professional interaction.

We always have the best experiences with 1Hr heating and cooling. I appreciate being able to scheduled an apt online, receive a text with a picture / name of technician prior to their arrival. It’s so helpful! We needed duct work replacement and our tech, Mike, explained what was needed and why. They can promptly complete the project in less than 24 hours at a reasonable rate. The project was completed today by Kirby and team. He was GREAT! I’m back to using my dryer, have a safe duct system and no concerns ! Their professionalism and customer service are top notch and they are our #1 choice. We also had our HVAC maintence Check and it was gray working with Caden! Great group !

Sam was our technician, he came over to look at my furnace. He was great, super knowledgeable, and showed me the rusted out parts and explained what needed to be done. Jordan came over to help us purchase a new heating /ac unit. He explained in detail what the choices were and helped us choose the right one. He was never pushy- let's you make your own decisions. A great guy! Evan and his guys came and installed our new unit. Evan does excellent work and we just love our new heater/ac with humidifier and air cleaner! He is a wealth of information and does a spectacular job! Everyone who works for One Hour is super friendly and they really know their stuff. Shout out to Brittney who I talk to on the phone- she is very friendly and even brought us a little gift! They are all clean cut guys and I like that they wear uniforms and shoe covers. I love how they look for solutions to tough problems and are never stumped at what to do. I also love how prompt they are to come out and deal with your heating/cooling issues- no waiting weeks, they come that day! I highly recommend them! Update: We heard a funny noise coming from the humidifier, Mike came (about 30 minutes after I called on a Saturday!)and knew exactly what to do and replaced the valve. As a club member I get free service calls too! Amazing Customer Service! Brendin and Adam cleaned and sealed my ducts and they were very friendly, detailed, and explained the process thoroughly. I have allergies and they were very careful to make the process as clean as possible. Another great job!

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was able to provide a service technician very quickly when our air conditioning stopped working. Jordan, the service technician, was able to very quickly diagnose the issue as a bad capacitor. He called the AC manufacturer and found that the part was under warranty which significantly reduced the replacement cost. A new capacitor was installed, and he was on his way. Jordan was professional, respectful, and very knowledgable. I give both One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Jordan 5 stars.

Spring Check up went great as Always and Jay was extremely pleasant and professional. The Technician did an excellent Job, communicated very well and was in and out before we new it. Very nice young man.
