One hour heating and cooling saved the day! AC unit went out late on a Saturday evening. With temps forecasted to be in the mid 90’s I was thankful they offered a same day service call Sunday. The process to schedule was simple and fast. Within 3 hours a tech was at the door. Our tech Javier was courteous, polite, and informative. He took the time to answer my question as well as working in a timely manner.

My AC stopped working and the outside unit wasn’t turning on, my house was already 83 degrees 😬. One Hour Heating and Air showed up the day that I called. My AC unit is 22 years old, so I was expecting bad news. I am a club member, so they provide bi-annual routine maintenance at no cost. Luckily my AC was due for maintenance and Jordan got it running with routine maintenance!! No fees (because I’m a member). I know I dodged a bullet today, and need to replace the unit soon due to its age, but I’m elated my house is cool again! I appreciate his integrity. I’ll definitely be having them replace the AC unit when it’s time because I trust them.
